"I switched to this filter after..."
I switched to this filter after my old one started letting the water taste a little off, and I noticed the difference quickly. The water tastes clean and fresh now, and my machine has been running smoothly since I put it in. So far, I’m really happy with it.

The filters are easy to change, so no complaints there. But the maintenance reminders can be a little confusing sometimes, like am I supposed to replace it now or later?? Overall it’s fine, just feels a bit pricey for what it is.

"Customer service is basically impossible to reach"
I’ve been trying to get in touch with Tyent USA for a few days now and it feels like nobody is actually responding. I’ve emailed, called, left messages, and still haven’t gotten a real answer. For how much these machines cost, I expected way better support. Not saying it’s a scam, but it definitely doesn’t feel great when you spend that kind of money and then can’t get help with a simple question.

"Didn’t Last as Long as I Wanted"
I was disappointed because it started acting up after just a few months. I expected it to hold up longer for me, so this ended up being frustrating

"A little harder to use than I expected"
I had a bit of a rough time using the site. The menus weren’t very intuitive, and I found myself clicking around more than I should have just to find basic information. Compared to some other sites I’ve used, where things are laid out more clearly, this one felt a little clunky.
Checkout worked out fine in the end, but it took more steps than I expected. It wasn’t a total dealbreaker, and maybe other people won’t mind it, but for me it was a bit frustrating compared with competitors that make the whole process feel quicker and smoother.

"Install was simpler than I expected"
I had it in my head that setting up the Tyent unit was going to be a whole project, so I was already bracing for a hassle. But I just followed the instructions step by step and it clicked fast. No extra help needed, and it took way less time than I’d mentally budgeted for.

"I wasn’t totally sure if I was..."
I wasn’t totally sure if I was going to get the issue fixed, or if I was just missing something obvious, but tech support was easy to reach. They walked me through the steps clearly and didn’t make me feel rushed when I had questions. I kept second-guessing whether it would actually work, but it did in the end. Overall, I’m happy with the help I got

"I ordered from Tyent USA and ended up..."
I ordered from Tyent USA and ended up needing to return it, which I figured would be straightforward. Instead, getting clear information about my refund took a lot longer than I expected, and I had to keep following up just to know what was going on.

They did eventually respond, but the whole process felt slow and frustrating. I would’ve appreciated at least a simple apology for the delay, because it didn’t feel like an easy return experience at all.

"Pretty good warranty, but I still had questions"
I mainly went with the Tyent unit because the warranty seemed solid, that was one of the things I kept focusing on while comparing options. For the most part, it does back up what I expected, it covers quite a bit and made me feel better about the purchase. That said, once I actually started reading the fine print, it wasn’t as straightforward as I’d hoped. Some parts seem to be handled differently than others, which had me second-guessing a few things. Support did get back to me, so that was reassuring, but it took a little longer than I wanted. Overall, I’d still say the warranty is decent, which is what I figured going in, but I do wish they made the details easier to understand

"Water tasted off compared to others I’ve used"
I really wanted to like this, but the water just didn’t taste right. It had a weird bad taste and looked a bit cloudy, which made me hesitant to drink it. I’ve used other brands before that made the water taste much cleaner and fresher, so this was disappointing in comparison

I’ve had my Tyent water ionizer for a few months, and I’m totally calm about saying this, but I actually drink a lot more water now. My stomach seems a little happier, and most days I don’t feel quite as sluggish, which is nice. The setup did take me a bit longer than I expected, not that I’m bothered or anything, so I’d give it 4 stars. Overall, I’m happy with it...

"Feels a bit overpriced"
It works fine for the most part, but I felt like the price was higher than it should be for what you get. It also has that kind of impersonal vibe, like there’s no real person behind the experience, which made it harder to feel great about the cost
